If we could give a zero we would. The sales man Roddy asked for more money to replace 4 tyres on our trade in and when we pointed out that one had been newly changed due to a puncture a few months ago, he changed his story to 2 tyres. Unbelievable

Pleasant courteous salesperson. Helpful and diligent, didn't overload with info but navigated through possibilities well. No issues apart from a slight delay in getting relevant paperwork, couldn't pick up car on appointed day but dealt with it well

Roddy (salesperson) did a get job with the car and on the handover day. Car was a surprise for son's birthday and the Glasgow branch did an amazing job making it special for him.

In general the experience was Ok. I am disappointed with the car in comparison to my old X5 but that has got nothing to do with the service I received. Where I am disappointed with service is there was no tech guy to set up my new car, that was poor

Personally I think the amount charged for Adblue was ridiculous this amount can be purchased elsewhere for a third of the price, to be honest the cost of a minor service that took under 3 hours and cost the best part of £500: is too much.

There is a new receptionist on - or at least new since my last visit who was very friendly and polite. I was intending to work in the reception and when they realised I was waiting I was kept updated by the Manager chap as to readiness.

Booking was straightforward. Service assistant was most helpful in go-ordinating a recall at the same time as the routine service. As usual, I was kept informed of progress made to servicing and repairing the car. Used car warranty was useful.
