We got messed about a lot with this purchase. This is the 2nd purchase from this retailer , the vehicle had surface scratches. Which were buffed out whilst sitting out the finance.

All good bar 1 small issue. I think my tyres were over inflated and I had reduce the psi in each after had left the garage, was affecting the drive. Checked BMW website for recommended pressure and was surprised my car made it past the safety check.

Both assisted in the handover. Ewan was fantastic in showing us the features and explaining everything. He took time to make sure we felt confident and comfortable before driving away. Cameron was there to answer any queries. Both assisted greatly.
