Only problem I had was in being able to change my car on my existing insurance cover due to the car registration number not being recognised; eventually dealt with this through BMW 5 day cover; helpful if I had been told there might be a problem

I found a lower interest rate and lower payments. Ewan worked with me to make sure there were no surprises and no hassle. There was an issue with picking up the car earlier than agreed- a bit annoying but Ewan made it right and met me at Sterling

Car was delivered with damage to front splitter and screwdriver found in centre console whilst in presentation bay. Still awaiting a response from dealer over replacement of splitter 2 weeks after pick up, despite agreement to replace.

Head lights are not working properly since I picked the car back up. Opposing traffic flashing at me constantly. Dipped head lights now set higher than before. Main beam blue dash light comes on of its own accord.

I dropped car off in the morning but it must have been in the car park until 3pm at least as I got a phone call after 3pm to say it was just going in for test. BMW safety recall not done as no parts and no indication when this can be done!

I am not satisfied because I felt that despite fault is quite clear, the diagnosis was done for far too longer. The cost of diagnosis was conveyed after the first hour passed. The diagnosis costs should have been cleared at the time of booking.
